Entering the new year, let us look into ourselves, let us examine whether we truly belong to the Church and whether we are active and healthy members of the Church of Christ.
It is impossible to find the true God, if you don’t find Christ. And it is impossible to find Christ, if you don’t find His Church. The Church is Christ. A great many people physically saw Christ and heard Him and even received His blessings. However, in the end, those who became members of the Church are the ones that truly knew him.
We should be afraid of nothing. We don’t find our- selves in this life accidentally, we don’t exist accidental- ly and it is not as if we have been dropped somewhere to remain there in oblivion. Since the very beginning of things God has always kept us in His mind. He want- ed us to come into existence from nothing, He wanted us to be found where we were found, He wanted us to be born where we were born so that we could finally become members of His Church and be saved.
